Consumer Protection Compliance

Kuber's Jewellers operates in full compliance with Indian consumer protection laws:

Product Labeling

Every product on our store includes:

  • Clear "Artificial Gold" or "Gold-Plated" label
  • Base metal specification (brass, copper, stainless steel, etc.)
  • Plating type and approximate thickness
  • Weight in grams
  • Link to care instructions

Returns & Refund Policy

7-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for:

  • ✅ Manufacturing defects (broken clasp, uneven plating, structural damage)
  • ✅ Damaged items received (not caused by customer use)
  • ✅ Wrong item shipped

Not covered:

  • ❌ Normal wear and plating deterioration
  • ❌ Damage from improper care or chemical exposure
  • ❌ Items returned without original packaging
  • ❌ Items worn or used beyond inspection

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Warranty

30-Day Manufacturing Defect Warranty

All items come with a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty does NOT cover normal wear, fading, plating deterioration, or damage from improper care.

To claim warranty, contact support with your Order ID and photos of the defect.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, we follow this resolution process:

  1. Step 1: Email our customer support team — we aim to respond within 24 hours
  2. Step 2: If unresolved, file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline: 1800-11-4000 (toll-free) or visit consumerhelpline.gov.in
  3. Step 3: Escalate to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission if needed

GST Information

All prices on Kuber's Jewellers include GST at 18% (applicable rate for artificial jewelry under HSN Code 7117). GST breakdown is shown on your order invoice.
